SV-350 to SV-354
Sheet Fed Numbering and imprinting system

RADUS SV-350 is a fully automatic machine for the numbering and imprinting of individual forms.

The machine processes (depending on model) single paper forms, form sets, label papers, blister cards and foldable card boxes as well as bags of paper and foil (cellophane, PE, etc.).

The processor-controlled advance system provides an exact positioning of the forms.
The separating speed can be regulated in order that an exact adjustment according to the paper quality is possible.

The machines of the series SV350 are available as following types:

- SV-351 friction separating
Paper sizes from 50x70mm up to 210x400mm Paper weights: 80-500g/m², especially foldable card boxes, blister cards and label paper

In combination with the RADUS SU imprinting heads it is possible to imprint numberings, text, production numbers and encodings by CMC-7, E13B, OCR-A or OCR-B.

RADUS printing heads can either work with numbering boxes, nylon plates, embossing plates or clichés. The heads guarantee a high quality crash numbering for up to 6 copies.
As a special type the RADUS SV can be equipped also with 2 imprinting heads or with OEM printers like inkjet, hotstamping devices or label dispensers.

The new developed processor unit with the well readable matrix display is covering all wishes. Parameters like imprint position, stamping time and temperature are instantly readable and changeable by keypress without any submenus.
